Core features
Capabilities
Built for power users
Less clicking, fewer missed frames, cleaner archives. Stay signed in with your normal Grok session while the extension handles the rest.
Queue dozens of prompts
Build a list, set delays between submits, and walk away while Grok Imagine works through each item on grok.com/imagine.
Image & image-to-video
Switch modes for text-to-image and image-to-video runs from the same panel while keeping queue state predictable.
Every asset, not just one
When Grok publishes multiple public URLs in a single generation, Grok Automate captures the full set with clear filenames.
Your Grok login stays yours
The extension never asks for your Grok password. It automates the tab where you are already signed in to xAI.
Free and Pro tiers
Free runs locally with a daily automation cap. Pro adds Firebase-backed account state and PayPal billing for higher limits.
Documented permissions
Host access is limited to grok.com. Debugger, tabs, storage, and downloads each have a clear, documented purpose.
Get started
Three steps to automate
Add the Chrome extension, open grok.com/imagine, and start queueing prompts from the docked panel.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
- Is Grok Automate official or affiliated with xAI or Grok?
- No. Grok Automate is a third-party Chrome extension. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by xAI Corp. You use your own grok.com session; Grok’s product limits and terms still apply.
- What does Grok Automate do on Grok Imagine?
- It queues prompts on grok.com/imagine, runs image and image-to-video batches in sequence, collects every public asset URL Grok publishes (including multiple images per run), and saves files into your Downloads folder with organised naming.
- Does Grok Automate bypass Grok subscriptions or rate limits?
- No. You need whatever access your Grok account already has. The extension automates the browser UI; it does not defeat paywalls, quotas, or xAI policies.
- Why does Chrome show a debugging banner on grok.com?
- Grok’s editor requires trusted keyboard input. The extension uses Chrome DevTools Protocol briefly on grok.com tabs so prompts and Enter keypresses register correctly. It is attached only while a queue item runs, then detaches.
- What is included in Grok Automate Pro?
- Pro is an optional subscription with higher daily automation limits and additional features. Sign-in uses Firebase Authentication; payments are completed on PayPal’s site, not inside the extension.
