Grok Automate

Getting started

Grok Automate adds a docked panel on grok.com/imagine so you can queue prompts and save outputs. You always use your own Grok login — the extension never asks for your Grok password.

1. Install the extension

  1. Open the Grok Automate listing on the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Click Add to Chrome and confirm permissions.
  3. Pin the extension from the puzzle icon so you can jump back to Imagine quickly when troubleshooting.

2. Stay on Imagine URLs

Automation targets Grok Imagine flows. Stay on paths like /imagine and /imagine/post/…. If you navigate elsewhere on Grok, the panel shows a reminder until you return.

3. Build your first queue

  • Open the panel and add prompts on the Control tab.
  • Pick image vs image-to-video mode and generation settings.
  • Start the queue and keep the Grok tab reachable — downloads land in your configured Downloads folder.

4. Upgrade path

Safety & expectations

Grok Automate is unofficial. Respect Grok / xAI policies, monitor generations for policy-heavy prompts, and expect occasional UI changes from Grok that require extension updates.
